A poem I wrote and want to dedicate today to Apollos mama Julieanne..we love you and are thinking of you today. Bev XXXX

Dedicated to all my precious pets who dance with the angels

Will you be my angel and place me in your heart

Will you always love me until the day we part

Will you be my angel and handle me with care

Will you keep me close and promise to be there

Will you be my angel and shelter me from harm

Will you offer comfort within  your loving arms

Will you be my angel and snuggle close at night

Will you reassure me if I should get a fright

Will you be my angel and spend your life with me

Will you be my angel when I need to be set free

Will I  now be your angel I hear within your heart

I will always be your angel I have been from the start

    • Thank you Janet..we all feel this pain when we lose our sweet ones..it is one thing we all have in common that tear between having them with us and letting them go 😦 Bev xxx

  1. What a sweet poem! I found your blog because Rachel Mankowitz’s blog listed your blog as one of her favorites. I can see why! I love your photos of life down there.
If you like dog stories, stop by my blog: http://www.maijaharrington.com. It’s where I’m posting chapters from my book-in-progress, “Funny Tails: Adventures and Misadventures in Living with Pugs, a lighthearted look at life with our 3 pugs plus pugs we’ve fostered for Pug Rescue of North Carolina. Lots of folks think it’s pretty funny. Regardless, I’ll be following your blog! You’ve certainly learned how to use that camera!
