Friday flashback

I don’t often do a flashback but cleaning up my files i found these..and as i sometimes feel we have so much to do..i realise when i see this that we have done an awful lot in the four years we have been here..and this is just one part of 11 acres and not including the inside..goodness me πŸ™‚

Have a super friday folks i am off to beddies πŸ™‚

  4. I like your patio…I noticed you have as much grass growing between the bricks as we did. An above ground pool…lovely…not meant for the north but it would be glorious on the hot days you get. The pictures you took are well done. Why are mom’s so blurry? You’d think she stands there shaking….she doesn’t look like she’s shaking.

    • Yes that grass was a beast Shoko..and those red stones a dang killer…hands and knees hand weeding ..they were all through the area where the grass is now..pained me to do them..hours and hours of chumming glad they are gone..well they are between the veggie beds now..waste not want not.The pool is a much need here in summer and it will be handy if any little fires break out…still a lot of garden to add out here and have not completed the fence painting but hey we will get there πŸ™‚ believe me i have my fair share of blurry pics too! the first shot is awful but the only one of the before…think i was shaking from horror hahahaha πŸ™‚ loves Fozziemum xx

      • The pool would be great on those real hot days. Our neighbour had an above ground pool and they loved it. I am unable to climb ladders anymore but maybe one day when this drip kicks in, I’ll be able to do it again. I love to watch others splashing about having fun. Shoko and I have that in common.
I remember trying to get rid of the grass in our patio brick flooring. It was useless…the grass won. We made our next deck flooring of wood. You have patience of Job. I think this is a virtue I need to cultivate.
